We take orders up until 8pm the night before you would like your order delivered. High-volume or custom orders may require 24 hours advance notice, but we work hard to get you what you want, when you need it.
Raw product pricing changes weekly but to best serve customer needs, we aim to provide most of our fresh-cut vegetables and fruit at fixed long term pricing. This assists with menu planning and profit projections.

Yes. Our staff are available by phone from 6 am to 6 pm 6-days a week, and if you don’t get through to us on the first call, our average phone-back time is 30 minutes. We’re here to help when you need us.
Our focus on the highest quality produce, our own proprietary packaging and rigorous cold chain management results in the very best product, shelf life and food safety. Shelf life varies from product to product, but the general average is 7-12 days.
